We welcome young leaders and other stakeholders in youth development to be part of our work in equalizing youth participation in leadership.

Profiling:
exposing, amplifying, growing and strengthening our young leaders’ brands through out our various communication platforms and media outlets
Mentorship:
providing for intergenerational linkage and take over of leadership by our young leaders through mentor pairing, valuable for sustainable national leadership development
Opportunities:
connecting our young leaders to trainings, capacity strengthening and resource mobilization; giving them first consideration on our call for applications, trainings, employment opportunities and other activities
Networking:
connecting our young leaders to other like-minded young people, providing a platform for dialogue and exchange of values, ideas and other opportunities
Collaboration:
co-host and co-ordinate with partner organizations along with our young leaders on funding applications, proposal writing, job opportunities and other events and activities
Information:
provide our young leaders regular news, updates and information on youth leadership and development, including reports, articles, studies and press releases
